Stayed to protect property during evacuation. Fire department escorted me to Beltain Ranch 2 days post-fire to rafter and close in the roof before rain

A professional plumbing job on an on demand water heater.
A replacement on demand water heater that I installed replacing the professionally installed previous one. Passed inspection
2025 Ready for framing, needed to grout under the mud sill with high compression mortar to compensate for 1” out of level foundatin in a few stretches.
They said, “c’mon man take off your hat and smile!” 2024
2025 Beginning of another living space. I offered to Contractor to rough in waste and venting before laying subfloor.
So, I did that too.
