2025 Ready for framing, but first I need to grout under the mud sill with high compression strength mortar to compensate for 1” out of level foundatin.

Interior sheer wall, that will support a 6x18x30 glulam Installed with 2 helpers, one on each end as I tele-forked it in place.
Stick cut 6:12 rafters that will join 8 foot 2:12 eaves. That’s a catwalk that I constructed to set these rafters quickly.
